The Beretta 950 is the smallest of the Beretta pocket automatics. It comes in .22 short and .25 caliber.

For this model, we make the Ultima Panel from our Bonded Ivory and our three Super Woods. The subdued contours of our Ultima Panel style provide greater ease in both holding and aiming the automatic.
